1. I've emailed and I haven't had a response?
We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 1-2 days. However, during busy periods, some emails may unfortunately be missed. If you haven’t received a response after 7 days, please send us a follow-up email at info@intheiris.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you as soon as possible. 2. How do i know if my order is a pre order or not?
In the description of the product it will clearly state that the product is a pre order or it may say Made to order. If the product you are buying does not have a label saying pre order or made to order in the description it means the product is in stock.
3. When will my Pre-order ship?
Pre Orders or Made to orders should arrive within 6-8 weeks after purchasing, Furthermore If your order includes both in stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item becomes available. To receive in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-ordered and in-stock products.
We will provide consistent updates regarding the status of your pre-order, including production progress and estimated shipping dates. You’ll be notified via email if there are any significant changes to the timeline.
4. When is my order shipping?
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following timelines:

Standard Orders: Orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 14 working days from the time of checkout. (Mon - Fri)

Pre-Order/Made to order Items: Pre-order items may take between 20 to 45 working days for shipping, due to additional processing and manufacturing times. (Mon - Fri)
- Each item has specific delivery details mentioned in its description, so shipping times may vary. Please take note of the delivery information for each item before placing your order.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If any items are lost in the mail, we will investigate the issue with our delivery partner to find a resolution
